What he did for West Brom is yielding good result

On Tuesday, the ex-Hoops player tweeted that Nicolas Kuhn, the forward, might go on loan to Albion and the Republic of Ireland international could return to Glasgow.

It comes after the 24-year-old winger, who was on loan from the SPL team, scored an incredible goal in the Baggies’ 3-0 victory over the Pilgrims.

“Are players on loan still able to be recalled? On February 20, Hughes stated, “I’d have Mikey Johnston back (let Kühn go to WBA) and Adam Montgomery to start with.”

Johnston moved north of the line in the January transfer window and has since produced some outstanding displays for West Brom.

The Baggies would like not to see him return to Parkhead before the end of the season after his part in the thrilling victory over Plymouth.

With just one goal in his first four appearances for the club after joining from Rapid Vienna in January, it’s safe to say that Kuhn hasn’t left much of an impact on Glasgow.

Albion would be far happy to hang onto Johnston than bring in the 24-year-old German forward, even if it is evident that the deal will not go through.

In his first few weeks at The Hawthorns, the Irishman has shown flashes of potential that might make all the difference in their promotion push this year.
