Injury Report;Bad news for Leeds united

During his team’s away match against Chelsea in the FA Cup fifth round, a Leeds United supporter fell from the upper tier stand at Stamford Bridge and was taken to the hospital.

The incident occurred barely eight minutes into the match against the Premier League team Sunday night as Leeds supporters celebrated the game’s opening goal.

The Leeds supporters were gathered in the upper tier of the Shed End, and Mateo Joseph’s goal set off wild scenes of joy. One fan fell into the stadium below, where thousands of fans were seated, during the festivities.

The fan was promptly transported to the closest hospital by the emergency personnel that arrived on the site. The game continued as medical staff handled the problem, involving a lot of staff members, including police and stewards.

Despite the supporter’s obvious shock following the incident, the surrounding fans cheered him as he was led away.

A representative for the London Ambulance Service stated: “We got information that someone had fallen from a height at Chelsea Football Club in Fulham Road just before 8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28. Before transporting the victim to a major trauma center in London, an ambulance team on the site provided treatment to him with St John Ambulance colleagues and club physicians.
