Derby County will face another difficult test of their credentials this weekend against Bristol Rovers as they head into the closing stretch of their quest for automatic promotion.

The striker picked up an ankle injury while on international duty with Northern Ireland and the ligament damage he sustained required surgery. He has since made his return to the grass, but now has a knee injury that Warne said was growling at him. Warne said in midweek that the striker could be out for the season, but now thinks he coud be back to play some part of the run-in.
Jake Rooney
Despite suffering anterior cruciate ligament damage in the September loss to Bolton, the center-back is healing very well. May resume training prior to the season’s conclusion.
Josh Vickers
The goalkeeper has missed the last couple of games due to a thigh injury. Warne said he could get strapped up and still be involved but he is exercising caution.
