Five of the free agents that the Ravens have signed are 2023 Ravens who were already signed. They consist of LB Malik Harrison, CB Arthur Maulet, DE Brent Urban, DT Justin Madubuike, and LB Kyle Van Noy.

Running Back Room in Baltimore May Become Congested Easily
Derrick Henry, a running back, was the key free agent acquisition made by the Ravens in preparation for the next season. DeCosta still has the option to add a running back, as Henry currently leads a group that includes Keaton Mitchell and Justice Hill.
