Transfer talks

Lewis Steele revealed on May 27 that Sean Dyche is “exploring” the possibility of signing Harrison this summer after he made frequent appearances in the 2023–24 campaign when healthy.

The fact that Leeds lost to Southampton at Wembley to avoid promotion to the Premier League has made this agreement easier. It’s been reported that the Toffees are already looking into crossing the line.

The Toffees are now confident in signing Harrison since Leeds’ 1-0 loss has forced them to consider selling players this summer.

Harrison was a valuable member of Dyche’s team as Everton easily clinched a spot in the Premier League for another season.

The winger is a great asset to the team because he has a ton of experience playing in the top league.

The Toffees have a strong forward line with Dominic Calvert-Lewin through the center and him and Dwight McNeil playing at full capacity.

The 27-year-old will likely come for quite a large fee given the financial situation at Goodison Park, but he could be worth bringing in.

He only started 25 games in the Premier League last season, but he did score three goals and provide three assists.

He may emerge as one of Everton’s most crucial players the next season if he can stay healthy for the duration of the campaign.

Considering Leeds’ expected financial difficulties this summer, the Toffees’ decision to compensate them will determine how good this transaction is.
