Steelers WR George Pickens fined for facemask pull vs. Cowboys
Steelers wide receiver George Pickens will be facing a fine from the NFL following his postgame actions in last week’s loss against the Dallas Cowboys.
With zeroes on the game clock, Cowboys cornerback Jourdan Lewis appeared to say something to Pickens. The Steelers receiver responded by pulling on his facemask. You can watch the sequence
Pickens has been fined $10,230 as a result. Lewis was fined $11,255.
It appears Pickens was not fined for the profane message on his eyeblack during the same game.
Steelers slot cornerback Beanie Bishop Jr. was also fined, $4,463 in his case, for a facemask against the Cowboys.
