Ipswich Town’s foes this weekend, Leeds United, have been boosted by the return to training of one of their star players.
Forward Wilfried Gnonto hasn’t featured for Daniel Farke’s side since their first game of the new Championship season.
The 19-year-old Italian international has since refused to play amid transfer interest from Everton, with Leeds duly starting disciplinary proceedings.
Gnonto submitted a transfer request last week, with Leeds turning down two bids from the Premier League outfit.
However, after talks with Farke and chief executive Angus Kinnear, Gnonto has returned to the fold and is back in training with the first team.
Leeds visit Portman Road on Saturday still searching for their first win of the season.
They’ve drawn two and lost one of their opening three matches, and sit down in 19th place in the early Championship table.
