Blackpool are edging closer to landing Crystal Palace star Scott Banks and the deal is now up to the attacker to be concluded, according to journalist Alan Nixon.
Banks, 21, has been on the books at the Eagles since 2020 but has failed to establish himself at Selhurst Park.
The Scottish attacker, who came through the youth ranks at Dundee United, has yet to make a first-team appearance for Crystal Palace.
He spent last season on loan at Bradford City and made significant contributions to the League Two side clinching a playoff spot.
The 21-year-old attacker has been subject to transfer interest from Blackpool this summer, with the League One outfit eyeing rejigging their squad in a bid to secure an immediate return to the Championship.
Now it is suggested that the Lancashire side have agreed on a deal with the Eagles for Banks and the player’s departure to Bloomfield Road needs his nod to be finalised.

Now it remains to be seen whether the Scottish attacker will agree personal terms with the Bloomfield Road outfit soon.
