  • Nottingham Forest have made a £21.5million offer for Roma’s Brazil international centre-back Roger Ibanez.

    The 24-year-old defender has impressed for Giallorossi over the last two seasons at Stadio Olimpico.

    Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano tweeted on Thursday: ‘Nottingham Forest have submitted official bid to AS Roma for Roger Ibañez, proposal worth around €25m fee.

  • ‘Negotiations underway to reach an agreement, Forest are pushing for Brazilian CB.’

    It would be the third summer move after signing Manchester United winger Anthony Elanga for £15m and striker Chris Wood on a permanent deal from Newcastle.
