Rangers boss Beale has support of his players…….

Despite the strain on Michael Beale’s job, Rangers players are “fully with” him, according to Jack Butland, who also claimed that the squad still has a long way to go in terms of progress this year.

After a challenging start to the season, the former England international custodian asserted that the team was still 100 percent behind the boss.

After defeating St. Johnstone and Real Betis back-to-back in the last week, Rangers’ form has seen a little improvement, and Butland feels the club is ready to continue.

Butland said, “We’re in this together and have shown a strong mentality to bounce back from a really difficult loss in the Old Firm game,” in an interview with the Daily Record prior to the Motherwell match on September 24.

“We still have a ways to go, but as a team, we’re going to develop. We are travelling that route together.

“I hope the results against St. Johnstone and Betis show it to people. Of course, the manager supports us wholeheartedly. We hope to maintain the positive momentum against Motherwell now that things are going well.

The custodian expressed their frustrations by saying, “A outcome like Thursday night can do a lot for our belief. This season, we’ve put a lot of pressure on ourselves. We want to dominate, dominating each game. Therefore, we have put ourselves under pressure.

We started the season with a few poor results. We’ve made improvements in the last few games after learning from our mistakes.

There are usually a variety of circumstances that come together to cause a manager to lose his or her job. First, the crowd reacts, and at Ibrox, that looked to be the case. But their recent successes might have reduced the pressure.

The player’s support then begins to wane. Usually, this is the important aspect. It’s common to hear individuals lament the loss of the locker room and players who refuse to support the manager, but Michael Beale does not appear to be one of those guys.

The backing of his key players will be very important to the manager, who will now concentrate on getting the most out of those players in an effort to turn around their fortunes, with Butland possibly being the chief among those after his performances this season.

Fans will now be hoping that the players can follow up on his statements with another outstanding performance in the match against Motherwell. Butland’s quotes do show that the players are conscious of the pressure they are under and are eager to produce for the Ibrox audience.

In other Rangers news, a promising youngster from the club has agreed to leave Ibrox on loan.
