Miami Heat devastated after receiving the shocking news

The Miami Heat have won six straight games entering Thursday’s matchup against the Brooklyn Nets

The Miami Heat (7-4) are facing off against the Brooklyn Nets (6-5) on Thursday at Kaseya Center.

Miami has won six consecutive games behind superstar performances from big man Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Butler. The Heat are looking to exact a little revenge after blowing a double-digit lead late in the first meeting against the Nets.

After missing 10 games with a knee injury, Heat forward Caleb Martin is back in the lineup. The Heat will use him at power and small forward this season. This is the healthiest the team has been this season, with Tyler Herro (ankle) the only player dealing with injury. Rookie Jaime Jaquez has helped pick up the slack in Martin’s absence. He had 17 points in Tuesday’s victory against the Charlotte Hornets.

The Nets are once again without star forward Ben Simmons, who continues to deal with back issues.
