Miami Dolphins Key Player Finally Opens Up

In the NFL, teams and individuals come up with brand-new touchdown celebrations every week that range from imaginative to downright strange.

However, as rookie running back De’Von Achane of the Miami Dolphins will attest, not everyone enjoys celebrating touchdowns.

In his first season, the 22-year-old has already scored nine touchdowns (seven on the ground and two in the air), but he hasn’t really celebrated any of them.

Being a star wide receiver who has participated in several celebrations over the years, Tyreek Hil, Achane’s absence of celebration is especially noticeable.

Achane gave an explanation of why he does not celebrate like many of his teammates on the Up & Adams show.

“I’m a running back, I’m supposed to score touchdowns, that’s how I look at it,” Achane stated.

“I’m not into celebrating because I’m supposed to be making big plays and scoring touchdowns.

Of course I’ll be glad, but for now, this is how I feel. After the game, I’ll celebrate.”
