Nashville, TennesseeThe Tennessee Titans have conducted one interview thus far in their quest to find a new coach to succeed Mike Vrabel. The franchise disclosed that Brian Callahan, the offensive coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals, conducted a virtual interview with Titans executives on Friday. Due to NFL regulations requiring teams to hold in-person interviews until January 22nd, Callahan’s interview took place virtually. He also served as the quarterbacks coach for the Detroit Lions for 2016 and 2017, during which he helped Matthew Stafford have one of his best seasons. The Titans have requested interviews with at least nine coaches: Callahan, the Las Vegas Raiders’ Antonio Pierce, the Detroit Lions’ Aaron Glenn and Ben Johnson, the New York Giants’ Mike Kafka, the Baltimore Ravens’ Mike Macdonald, the Dallas Cowboys’ Dan Quinn, the Houston Texans’ Bobby Slowik, and the Philadelphia Eagles’ Brian Johnson.
