The leaders of the Championship league have expressed interest in Sensi and may sign him.
Due to Simone Inzaghi’s present lack of intentions for Inter, the Italian club is eager to let go of the player.
Sensi’s deal expires in June, but Inter want to sell him for €2 million during the current transfer window.
Nevertheless, according to Italian publication Tutto Mercato, the Foxes have not yet pursued their interest and submitted a proposal to Inter despite having established initial contact.
It is now unclear if Enzo Maresca’s team will choose to pursue their interest in the near future.
In his most recent news conference, Maresca expressed his affection for the player, saying that Sensi is one guy he likes.
In order to sign Sensi this month, Leicester may need to create room in their roster.
This season, the 28-year-old has only made three appearances for Inter in Serie A.
