Charlie Cresswell’s most likely destination during the January transfer window may already be known to Leeds United, as Fabrizio Romano revealed that Tottenham defender Japhet Tanganga has joined Millwall.

Millwall’s decision to move for another option ahead of Cresswell has seemingly given Blackburn a free run at the Leeds defender, with an asking price of £4million placed on his possible move, as Rovers have come to the table with “serious cash” according to Nixon.
Cresswell has made just four Championship appearances under Daniel Farke this season, with only one of those coming from the start, as he has often been completely missing from matchday squads as a result of the competition in his position.
This has increased speculation about his future, making it the most likely option that the defender would look to leave Elland Road in the transfer window, despite agreeing to a new contract in the summer.
