An assistant coach from the Browns will travel to Frisco, Texas to oversee the East-West Shrine Bowl.
In the East-West Shrine Bowl, Stephen Bravo-Brown, the assistant special teams coach, was chosen to serve as the special teams coordinator for the 2024 West squad. It is scheduled on February 1.
Bravo-Brown will serve as an assistant coach under Giants offensive coordinator Mike Kafka, who will also serve as the West team’s head coach; Broncos quarterbacks coach Davis Webb will serve as the offensive coordinator; Tem Lukabu, the defensive coordinator, will work with the Panthers outside linebackers coach.
Since 1925, the East-West Shrine Bowl has supported the purpose of Shriners Hospitals for Children, which is to provide children with high-quality medical care. Regardless of the family’s financial situation, children with burns, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic disorders, and cleft lip and palate can get care from Shriners Children’s. Raising awareness of Shriners Children’s and its ability to provide care for kids is the aim of the East-West Shrine Bowl.
The East-West Shrine Bowl is the nation’s oldest college all-star football game, having been in existence for 99 years. It provides elite college players with a platform to demonstrate their abilities to NFL scouts. It also gives NFL coaching staff members the chance to showcase their abilities in leadership roles.
