COLUMBUS, Ohio — In a surprise announcement, 2025 five-star cornerback Na’eem Offord chose Ohio State on Sunday.
Offord, the No. 5 player in the 247Sports composite rankings, No. 1 cornerback and No. 1 player in the rankings chose the Buckeyes to add to what is already a loaded 2025 class.
At 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds, Offord is one of the elite players in the class and offers great size and range as a top-end corner. He’ll join five-star cornerback Devin Sanchez, as Ohio State has far and away the best cornerback recruiting in the country.
With Offord in the fold, Ohio State now has three top 40 players on the defensive side of the ball, along with another cornerback, Blake Woodby, at 76th overall.
