wasn’t particularly spectacular on debut, but he had a decent ball handling technique. However, he had to retrieve the ball from his net first.
Tucked in ahead of him was Colwill, who had a large remit over on the right. meant that he wasn’t able to move forward that much. did subsequently attempt a nice cross into Ramsey, but it was headed wide.
Might have done better to spot Mikey Johnston ghosting in behind him for the opener but was pretty composed after that. A few wayward passes.
A very up and down game from the Greek. Just looked a little rattled at times and mistimed or miscued things in attack and defence.
Kion Etete (Meite 59) 4 – Scooped a shot over the bar from Ramsey’s knockdown. Was a massive chance. Didn’t do much apart from that.
Aaron Ramsey (Diedhiou 63) 6 (star man) – Headed one just wide before putting a great chance on Etete’s plate moments after. Actually made things happen and looked much better then Saturday.
Josh Bowler (Colwill 76) NA – Barely seen him on the ball.
