Great move from Tennessee Volunteers transfer news

Teams like Tennessee football may start to finalize their roster decisions now that the college football transfer portal is locked until August. Naturally, a portion of those components originated from the previous round of transfer site updates.
The Tennessee Volunteers football team will have eight incoming transfers and twelve exiting, at least until the next window opens. However, the expectation with every squad is that the newcomers would make a bigger difference than the departing ones.

Josh Heupel, the head coach for the Volunteers in his fourth year, has wrapped up another fantastic season. With their second straight bowl victory, the Vols finished 9-4 overall and 4-4 in the SEC last season. They were rated 21st in the final College Football Playoff rankings. After Tennessee was able to finish 11-2 and 6-2 in conference play in 2022—when they were placed No. 1 in the CFP rankings—some, however, saw it as a little setback year.

That club was headed by one of the top offenses in the country with quarterback Hendon Hooker and wide receivers Jalin Hyatt and Cedric Tillman. However, the fact that those players were absent from the Volunteers football roster in 2023 most certainly explained the slight decline.

Fortunately for Tennessee, Nico Iamaleava, a former five-star, appears to be their quarterback of the future. What about his wide receivers for the upcoming campaign? Along with Squirrel White and four-star pledges Mike Matthews and Braylon Staley to the Class of 2024, Bru McCoy has confirmed that he would return for the next season.

Heupel continued to search the site for any experienced players.
