Former Ohio State Buckeyes quarterbacks coach Corey Dennis has a second new home in less than a month. Dennis left the Buckeyes program after Bill O’Brien was hired as its offensive coordinator and signed on with Kyle Whittingham’s staff with the Utah Utes.
Just over two weeks after confirming he was with Utah, Dennis is moving again to join Lane Kiffin’s staff at Ole Miss.
Dennis began his time at Ohio State in 2015 as a coaching intern before becoming a graduate assistant for the 2016-17 season and a senior quality control coach in 2018-19. The 31-year-old has served as the Ohio State quarterbacks coach since 2020 but was not retained when O’Brien took over the offense before becoming the head coach at Boston College.
