The Chiefs have now won back-to-back titles in their post-Cheetah era, which just proves how this squad can be so successful even without a franchise wideout.
At the same time, however, it’s hard to deny that the Chiefs will need to get Patrick Mahomes some help in this area this offseason — especially if they want to make it three Super Bowl wins in a row.
Odell Beckham Jr. to the Kansas City chiefs?
Several names have already been linked to the Chiefs in terms of the multitude of options they have at wide receiver. One man who has already been rumored to be a potential summer recruit for the defending champs is Odell Beckham Jr., who currently hasn’t secured a new deal with the Baltimore Ravens.
NFL analyst Craig Carlton is one of those folks who believes that OBJ would be a great fit for Kansas City’s Mahomes-led offense. Carlton mentioned that the Chiefs should also do their due diligence on guys like Calvin Ridley and Mike Evans. However, the analyst seems to believe that Beckham appears to be the most intriguing option among the trio:
