The Lancashire team needs a victory to go closer to the sixth-place Tigers in the standings, from whom they are now separated by three points. With a victory here, Hull might distance themselves from the Lilywhites even further and, based on other outcomes, move six points clear of seventh place.

Both teams are doing well; in their last five games, Liam Rosenior’s team has three victories, one loss, and one draw. In the meantime, Preston has won four of their last five games, which is an amazing run.

The likes of Middlesbrough, Coventry City, and Ipswich Town have been defeated by Ryan Lowe’s team. regaining the form that propelled them to the top of the standings at the start of the campaign.

With forward Liam Delap still out due to a catastrophic leg injury he sustained at the start of January, the Tigers have no new injury concerns.

After suffering setbacks and injuries during the winter, Hull City has brought back some of its top players, including Jean Michael Seri and Jaden Philogene, while also adding Anass Zaroury, Fabio Carvalho, and Ryan Giles on loan to bolster their roster.

Preston will be without Brad Potts, Duane Holmes, and Kian Best when they visit Hull tomorrow afternoon because they did not add to their own team during the January transfer window.

After the team played a game behind closed doors to maintain fitness levels, visiting manager Rosenior provided an optimistic update on Noah Ohio, Adama Traore, and Billy Sharp to Hull Live.

“He (Ohio) performed admirably during his ninety minutes of play on Tuesday.

“I want them to feel like they are a part of a high-pressure, high-energy team that can play for ninety minutes, and Noah has put himself in a great position for Saturday,” the Tigers manager stated.
