Hakeem Sandah signs for Maldon and Tiptree- on loan from Colchester United
Hakeem Sandah, on loan from Colchester United, made his debut for Maldon and Tiptree on Saturday in a loss against Wroxham. Despite playing the whole ninety minutes, the forward was unable to help his team get a point.
Hakeem started his professional career as a member of the Tottenham Hotspur Academy. After that, he played for the Under 17 and Under 19 teams at Championship team Huddersfield Town before going on to Colchester earlier this season.
The eighteen-year-old finished the game playing alongside Jamie Cureton, thirty years his older, as a Colchester fan site on X noted! I apologize, Jamie, for bringing that up!
