The men’s national football team of Estonia is getting ready to play a friendly match against Finland on Tuesday in Helsinki. “The team battled to the very end and gave it their all, and even with ten men, I doubt anyone could have beaten a team like Poland. It was undoubtedly not a successful game. However, we have been reflecting on our errors, learning from them, and getting ready for the next match.”
Following the loss to Poland, Oliver Jürgens (DAC 1894), Karol Mets (St. Pauli), and Ragnar Klavan (Tallinna Kalev) all departed the team to re-join their respective club teams.
