After Fulham’s humiliating 3-1 loss to Nottingham Forest, Marco Silva claimed that, for the first time in his three years as manager, his squad had fallen short of some minimal expectations.

Although Silva’s triple replacement after just 33 minutes was the second-fastest in Premier League history, his team’s better play in the second half was unable to prevent yet another disappointing away loss.
