Before falling to the Bills in the Wild Card round last season, the Steelers finished 10-7.In spite of making the playoffs the previous season, Pittsburgh has experienced a great deal of turnover this offseason.
This season, Pittsburgh’s quarterback room looks different after the team acquired Russell Wilson and Justin Fields in exchange for 2022 first-round selection Kenny Pickett, which also netted Pittsburgh a third-round pick in this year’s draft. Wilson, 35, will want to return the Steelers to the postseason following a turbulent two years in Denver.
To keep Wilson safe, the Steelers must strengthen their offensive line. They also require a second wide receiver to support George Pickens. In the secondary, the defense could also use some assistance.
Pittsburgh Steelers NFL Draft selections for 2024:
20 in Round 1 and 51 in Round 2.
Third Round: No. 84
Phase Three: Case No. 98 (Compensatory – from PHI)
