For the first time in three years Kenpark will embark on a set of playoffs to decide who will be partaking in our annual U23″Arising Stars” Tournament
14 Automatic, including the host, Kenpark, qualifiers have already booked ltheir place by virtue of either playing in the lower tier of professional soccer in the Western Cape. The teams are:

Glendene United (Champions 2012 / 2013)
Cedar United (Runner up 2013)
Woodlands United (LFA Mitchells Plain Champs)
Milano (1st Div)
Salt River Blackpool (2nd Div)
Crystal Palace (2nd Div)
Ikapa Sporting (2nd Div)
Leeds Lentegeur (3rd Div)
Battswood (3rd Div)
Bayhill (3rd Div)
Heath Atkletic (3rd Div)
Riverside Rangers (3rd Div)
FC Orient (3rd Div)
40 Other teams have also applied and have to play off for the remaining ten spots. They are : Anchoridge, Westridge, Rock a Fellas, Macassar, Highlands Park, Ashley Rovers, Juventus, Strandfontein, Liverpool Portlands,Beacon Spurs, Goalhunters, Stephanian Ottery, Hanoaver Park, Young Idols, Crusaders, Kingdom Sports Ministry, Trinitarians, Belstar, Bishop Lavis, United FC, Wynberg St.Johns, Chelsea FC, Greenwood, Retreat, YMO ST Lukes, Sunningdale, Southend, Northpine,Ruyterwacht, Southampton, Invincible Cravenby, Turfhall, Bayview, Shining Stars, Ravensmead,Asford, Kuilsriver,FC Tafelzucht and Morgenster.
The playoffs will take place over the weekend of the 8-9 March 2014 on the Lentegeur Sportsfield. The committee wish all the team all of the best.
Just some important rules when partaking in the playoffs:
1. The first round off the play offs will be a straight knock out, and the second round will be contested over 2 legs home and away.
2. A administartion fee of R50.00 will be charged per team, payable at registration.
3. Only players born in 1991 and later will be able to play.
4. Only SAFA CT, 1ST DIV, VODACOM AND 3RD DIV 2013/2014 cards can be used.
5. On registration all players must have their ID’s during registration. NO ID, NO CARD, NO PLAY RULE APPLIES.
6. Teams can use 5 guest player, but they must have the permission of their registered club.
All players and spectators must pay gate entry fee, which is :
Adults / Players – R5.00
Cars – R5.00
Kids – R3.00
