Player making every effort to leave Leeds

One of the most thrilling Premier League promotion races in recent memory is taking place in 2023–2024, as three Championship high-flyers compete for an automatic slot in the most renowned level in football worldwide.

As the season nears its conclusion, Ipswich Town, Leicester City, and Leeds are all tied for first place with hardly anything separating them. A spot in the top two is genuinely up for grabs.

As it stands, Leicester is only one point behind Kieran McKenna’s Ipswich, who have a razor-thin two-point lead at the top of the table. Leeds currently trails both teams in third place, but the difference is only one point, and a lot will rely on how Leicester’s match against West Brom goes.

Leeds will only be two points away from an automatic berth when they play Middlesbrough on Monday, even if Enzo Maresca’s Foxes defeat the Baggies. As such, Whites manager Daniel Farke is optimistic that his team can reclaim their position in the big time.

Under Manuel Pellegrini, the Spanish player, who is presently enjoying a loan spell at Real Betis, has made 24 appearances in La Liga, scoring two goals and providing two assists.

When Leeds was demoted from the premier league the previous season, Roca didn’t have a great experience there, and the likelihood of him being back at Elland Road is getting smaller by the week. In fact, Roca is reportedly doing “everything he can” to move from Leeds to Betis, according to reports from Spain.
