Since there was no justification for Rodgers’ absence, teammate and Jets running back Breece Hall made a statement.

Despite the fact that the absence in issue was unjustified, as stated in an article from The Spun, Hall clarified that he did not doubt Rodgers’ dedication.
“He’s still working to recover, to feel better after his injuries and everything else. I’m aware that he’s working extremely hard,” Hall told reporters. “I know he’s all in, whether he’s here or not.”
