Stoke City youngster set standard for team mates

The 31-year-old center back is joining a team where several of the main players for the upcoming campaign, like Million Manhoef, 22, Wunder Burger, 23, and Bae Junho, 20, are entering significant phases of their careers. Additional knockers on the door include Nathan Lowe and Emre Tezgel, both 18 years old, and Sol Sidibe, 17.

For the sake of the team and himself, Gibson hopes to capitalize on his over 400 game career experience, stating: “I’ll be there to help them.” I promise to be there to provide them with a hug when they need one and a rocket when they need one. Each gamer is unique and has highs and lows.

“Every player has it to varied degrees, and as older players, we’ve experienced it. I’ll definitely be there to establish standards to follow and attempt to demonstrate what it takes and what a good professional looks like. Even though I’m confident that some of these will be much more gifted than I was when I was their age, they will have a very good shot if they can match my work ethic and attitude.

It’s not a natural talent that has brought me to this point. I’ve observed that some of the gamers here possess that. They can achieve far more than I have if they can match that level of professionalism, selflessness, diligence, and never losing focus.
