This an achievement for Indian women cricket

For the first time in women’s cricket history, the Indian and South African teams secured a total of four centuries in an ODI match on June 19 at Bengaluru’s M Chinnaswamy Stadium. India’s Smriti Mandhana and captain Harmanpreet Kaur put out blazing performances, smashing 136 and 103 runs respectively. Mandhana also touched another milestone as she became the first Indian woman to score consecutive ODI centuries, equalling former captain Mithali Raj’s sensational feat of most centuries (seven) scored in the 50-over game. India won the match by a close call of four runs.
